Capgemini InventCapgemini Invent is the digital innovation, consulting and transformation brand of the Capgemini Group, a global business line that combines market leading expertise in strategy, technology, data science and creative design, to help CxOs envision and build what’s next for their businesses.Your RoleDevelop and Implement GenAI Strategies: Lead the formulation of comprehensive strategies for integrating Generative AI into business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Identify Use Cases: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact use cases for Generative AI applications across various domains.Solution Design and Deployment: Architect and oversee the deployment of Generative AI solutions, including LLMs, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.Deep learning and ML expertise: Excellent understanding of data-science and machine learning techniques & algorithms for supervised & unsupervised problems, NLP and computer vision. Good applied statistics skills, such as distributions, statistical inference & testing, etc. Monitoring and Optimization: Establish monitoring frameworks to assess the performance of deployed AI models, implementing continuous improvement processes based on data-driven insights.Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units, effectively communicating complex AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Research and Development: Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Generative AI technologies and methodologies, driving innovation within the organization.Your ProfileEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Experience: 10-15 years of professional experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on Generative AI technologies.Technical Skills: Proficiency in LLM frameworks, AI model deployment, and monitoring tools. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python and a good grasp on hyper-scalers and cloud technologiesAnalytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively.What you will love about working hereWe recognize the significance of flexible work arrangements to provide support.
